Information Collection

TrackerExpense stores all financial data locally on your device. The app does not transmit your financial data to external servers.

The app stores the following information locally on your device:

• Income records
• Expense records
• Categories and preferences
• Financial reports generated within the app

For push notifications and advertising, the app collects and transmits the following non-financial data to third-party services:

• Device identifier — used to register your device for push notifications
• FCM registration token — used by Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver notifications to your device
• Advertising ID — used by Google AdMob to serve relevant ads
• Device information — such as device type, app version, and OS version, used to improve ad targeting and notification delivery

Data Storage

All financial data remains on your device and is not transmitted to TrackerExpense or any third-party servers. However, non-financial device data (such as FCM tokens and advertising IDs) is transmitted to Google Firebase and Google AdMob as described below.

Third-Party Services

The TrackerExpense mobile app uses the following third-party services:

Google AdMob (Advertising)

The mobile app uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP address, and usage data to serve relevant ads. AdMob's use of data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out of personalized ads by adjusting your device settings or by following the instructions provided by Google.

• Data collected: Advertising ID, device info, IP address, coarse location (if permitted)

Firebase Cloud Messaging (Push Notifications)

The mobile app uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to deliver push notifications such as daily expense reminders, budget alerts, and important updates. FCM uses a registration token to identify your device and deliver notifications. This token and your device information are sent to Google Firebase servers.

Your financial data (income, expenses, categories, reports) is never shared with Google AdMob, Firebase, or any other third-party service.

Data Security

Your financial data is stored locally on your device. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their device. Data transmitted to third-party services (AdMob and FCM) is limited to non-financial device identifiers and is protected by Google's security infrastructure.

Children's Privacy

TrackerExpense is not directed toward children under the age of 13. Google AdMob is configured to treat all users as not falling under the age-restricted category in accordance with applicable laws and COPPA guidelines.

Your Choices

You can control how your data is used by the third-party services as follows:

• Push Notifications: You can enable or disable notifications in your device settings at any time.
• Personalized Ads: You can opt out of personalized advertising by resetting your advertising ID or adjusting your Google Ads settings in your device settings.
• App Permissions: You can review and revoke app permissions (such as notifications) in your device settings.
